Really happy with the job him and Olly did. Both very friendly chaps who did a really clean job with no fuss. All sorted in a few hours. No hesitation in recommending.

EV charger install
★★★★★

The installation of a new EV charger was quite awkward due to the format of the kitchen units around the meter area, but Ross dealt with matters efficiently and completed the installation with a minimum of fuss. Everything was cleaned up on completion, and he briefed me on the use of the charger.

We had a problem with the electrics on our boiler. No hot water, so fairly urgent. It was a Saturday and they came out the same day. He fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. I recommend this company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are you fully qualified and certified?
Yes, fully. Every job is carried out safely and to the proper standards — no shortcuts and no cutting corners. You can have complete peace of mind that it's all been done right.
What areas do you cover?
We cover Swansea, Mumbles, Gower and the surrounding areas. If you're just outside that and you're not sure whether we can reach you, drop us a message anyway — it's always worth asking.
Do you handle both domestic and commercial work?
Both, yes. Whether it's a job at home or something for your business, we're happy to help — from a single extra socket right through to larger installations.
How soon can you start a job?
It honestly depends on the job and how booked up we are at the time — some bits we can sort quickly, others need a little planning. The best thing is to get in touch with a few details and we'll give you a realistic idea of when we can fit you in.
What is an EICR (electrical safety check)?
An EICR — Electrical Installation Condition Report — is basically a full health check of your property's electrics. A qualified electrician inspects the wiring, fuse box, sockets and switches, then gives you a report flagging anything that's unsafe or needs attention. It's the standard way to know your electrics are safe and up to scratch.
How often should my electrics be inspected?
As a general guide, owner-occupied homes are recommended to have an EICR around every 10 years, while rented properties legally need one at least every 5 years (and at the start of a new tenancy). It's also worth having one done if you're buying a home, or if your wiring is getting on a bit and hasn't been checked in years.
How do I know if my home needs rewiring?
A few common signs to look out for: fuses that trip or blow regularly, an old-style fuse box rather than a modern consumer unit, scorch marks or a burning smell near sockets, flickering lights, or simply old wiring (rubber, fabric or lead-coated cabling usually means it's well overdue). If any of that sounds familiar, it's worth getting it looked at — get in touch and we can take a look.
Do I legally need a qualified electrician, or can I do it myself?
For small jobs — like swapping a like-for-like socket or light fitting on an existing circuit — you're allowed to do it yourself, as long as it's done to the wiring regulations. But a lot of electrical work in the home (new circuits, fuse box changes, anything in a bathroom, and so on) legally has to be done or signed off by a qualified electrician. Electrics can be genuinely dangerous if they're not done right, so for anything beyond the very basics it's always safest to get a professional in.
