Absolutely first class service from Ross. We needed a consumer unit change and EICR done on our house. Ross turned up when he said, did the work to an excellent standard, and stayed on way beyond time to diagnose a fault and fix it. The installation of a new EV charger was quite awkward due to the format of the kitchen units around the meter area, but Ross dealt with matters efficiently and completed the installation with a minimum of fuss. Everything was cleaned up on completion, and he briefed me on the use of the charger.
